Over the years, we have extensive experience and technical know-how in the design and fabrication of the instrumentation and local control panels, filter consoles, distribution boards and mimic panels for multifunctional use, expandability, reduce cost and weight by using smaller components and paperless technology HMI displays and so forth.

We have designed , fabricated,supplied, tested and commissioned PLC or Local Control panels for major schemes for example the Pahang-Selangor Raw Water Transfer Project Semantan Pahang, Sungai Selangor Phase 3 (SSP3) plant, Semenyih Plant , Bertam phase 1 and 2 WTP, Sandakan & Sipitang Water Treatment Plants, Bayan Baru &Yen So Hanoi Vietnam STP, Temerloh Water Supply schemes, Miri Filtration Panels, Sungai Liang and Bukit Barun WTP in Brunei, Sg. Johor Barrage gate control panels and many others.

We custom make the automation local control and instrumentation panels that shall meet the consultants strict specification or to any clients’ requirement or standards including design of panel drawings and engineering documentation for submission. The panel can be of modular or seemless one continue enclosure with continuous polyurethane gasket seal on all sides to provide maximum IP protection, surfaced finished with polyester powder coating RAL7032 texture or similar standards with galvanized mounting plates and mounting brackets.

Hydro-Trent Automation not only design and fabricate control panels to end users requirement, we also provide complete internally control wrings, relays, termination blocks and accesssories as well as factory tested (FAT) the panels before delivery or shipping out to our client’s site. In this manner, the saving of cost and time is achieved without third party handlers.
